WHAT IS THE Kèkètte rewards?

The Kèkètte rewards is our free worldwide rewards program that lets you earn Gratitude points on all your purchases and redeem those points for rewards.

To sign up and become a member, Fill-out "The Kèkètte rewards " form at the bottom.

There is no cost to enroll in the Club, and no credit card application is required. Enrollment and participation in the rewards is only available at (Montauk, New York) location ONLY.

HOW DO I EARN GRATITUDE POINTS?

For every dollar you spend at Kèkètte (Montauk, New York), you will receive 1 Gratitude point when you check out with the email address registered to your rewards account.

• Share us on Facebook and receive 100 Gratitude points.

• Celebrating a birthday?
  • Dantò members will receive 100 Gratitude points!
  • Fréda  members will receive 250 Gratitude points!
  • Véve members will receive 500 Gratitude points!

  *Members must enter their birthday at least 30 days in advance to be rewarded.
  

HOW DO I REDEEM GRATITUDE POINTS?

• Rewards 500 Gratitude points=$25 discount. Minimum purchase value $25.
• Rewards 1,000 Gratitude points=$55 discount. Minimum purchase value $55.

HOW DO I REFER A FRIEND AND EARN REWARDS? 

Send your referral link to your friends and introduce them to Kèkètte! They get $50 off their first order, and you get $50 off your next order once they purchase. Must have a minimum purchase value of $350.

WHAT TYPE OF MERCHANDISE IS ELIGIBLE FOR COLLECTING GRATITUDE POINTS?

All merchandise on kekette.co sold at Kèkètte boutique is eligible for points.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY GRATITUDE POINTS WHEN I RETURN ITEMS?

All gratitude points earned from a returned purchase will be deducted from your rewards account.

Gratitude points applied to your purchase are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item where you redeemed your Gratitude points, you will be refunded for the price paid after applying your points.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY GRATITUDE POINTS IF MY ORDER IS CANCELED?

Gratitude points are awarded for purchased merchandise. If an item in your order is canceled, you will be refunded, and you will not receive Gratitude points for that item.  

CAN I USE MY GRATITUDE POINTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH OTHER PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS?

Your Gratitude points will be applied to your order subtotal and will exclude other coupon discounts used.

DO GRATITUDE POINTS EXPIRE?

Yes, we encourage all rewards members to redeem their points often. All unredeemed points expire after 6 months.

Any unused rewards remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited. Lwa Luxury reserves the right to change the expiration date of rewards received under The rewards. You will forfeit all accumulated and unused rewards if you close your account or your participation in The rewards is terminated.
