1. You will be issued a Return Authorisation Number and a returns label once the return has been reviewed and approved. Please write the Return Authorisation Number on your return form to be included in your return parcel.
Due to varying processing times between payment providers, online returns may take 5-10 business days to process into your account. You will receive an email from lwa Customer Care when your refund has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
